This is TECHNICALLY concept art for my future graphic novel, but it's also practice for drawing backgrounds, textures, and poses - it could've looked better, probably.
Blame his smutty face there on his personality. He loves the ladies and despite being under all that grime and dirt from working in a mine all day he still thinks he's attractive.

*Ahem* The prison (including its fence) seems quite good! It looks realistic, the setting (sky colour) you chose for the drawing is fitting, and the mountains at the bottom are a very nice touch. As always, Nate is drawn better than I'll ever draw a male human body, since his muscles actually look in the right place. However, the way you did the ground sounds a little too flat, but you'll get there eventually! Practice makes perfect sis, never give up!
